Chicco Goody Plus Stroller Spare Part Problem
I lost the front bar of my Chicco Goody Plus stroller at the airport. Unfortunately, despite searches, it couldn't be found. I contacted Chicco Turkey and Eser Puset for a replacement part, but they informed me it's not in stock and I'll be notified when it becomes available. Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates so far, and my baby is riding in the stroller unsafely. A reputable company like Chicco should keep at least a few spare parts in stock for each product. If this can't be done, why are products being released and sold in the market? Additionally, the wheels are starting to wear out. If they develop issues too, will I need to buy a new product? A product priced around ₺20,000 becomes unusable due to a missing part. I demand urgent support in this matter.
