Baby Mall Didn’t Deliver Craft Viva Stroller For 1.5 Months After Purchase
In October, I purchased a Craft Viva stroller from the Baby Mall store in Bursa Nilüfer and paid by credit card. Even after about 1.5 months, my product has still not been delivered. Yesterday, the store called me and informed me that the stroller had arrived and that I could pick it up. However, I requested home delivery, and they agreed, saying it had been shipped. When I asked for the tracking code, they said it wasn’t available yet but would arrive the next day. Despite this, I still have not received any update, and the stroller has not been delivered.
I called the store multiple times, but I was only told to “wait,” with no real solution provided. When I voiced my complaint, I was dismissively told, “You can complain wherever you want.” This prolonged process and the careless attitude of the store have left me frustrated and inconvenienced.
I demand that my stroller be delivered to my address as soon as possible and that the lost time and inconvenience I experienced be properly addressed.
