I Can’t Start My Chevrolet Spark When the Red Light Near the Stereo Turns On

I’m seriously fed up with a weird issue I’ve been having with my Chevrolet Spark. Every time the red warning light next to the middle stereo display panel lights up—specifically the one on the far right side—my car refuses to start. I have no clue what this light actually means, but whenever it turns on, the ignition is completely dead. I try over and over, but nothing happens. Then suddenly, when the light turns off again, the car starts like normal.

It’s happened multiple times, and I’m worried this could leave me stranded someday. Has anyone else experienced this? I couldn’t find anything in the manual, and there’s no error code on the dashboard.

Chevrolet, I need real help here. This issue is clearly affecting multiple drivers, and it’s unacceptable that there’s no explanation or fix readily available. I’m calling on your customer support team to clarify exactly what that red light means and how to stop this from happening again. I paid good money for this car—₺250,000+—and expect reliability.
