Citroen Left My 2019 C Elysee Unusable After Faulty Clutch Repair

I own a 2019 Citroen C-Elysee 1.5L BlueHDi vehicle, and I regularly have it serviced at İnallar Citroen in Bursa. In February, I took my car to the service center because a warning appeared on the multimedia screen saying, “Clutch temperature high, limit clutch use.” The service team informed me that the clutch and pressure plate needed to be replaced, and the replacement was carried out (invoices are available). However, after getting the vehicle back, I noticed that the clutch pedal occasionally got stuck and did not return to its fully released position. I immediately contacted the service center (this issue started after their repair). That same day, my car broke down on the road and became completely immobile. I had already informed the service beforehand, and they had acknowledged full responsibility. Since February, my car has remained non-operational, and I have been unable to reach anyone at the service center. I even had to cover the towing costs myself as a customer. I urgently request that my grievance be resolved. I have the contact numbers and names of the service representatives and kindly ask that Citroen officials get in touch with me as soon as possible.
