I purchased my BYD Seal U on May 20, 2025, and shockingly, by May 25, 2025—after driving less than 100 kilometers—the car started displaying a “check system” error. I immediately took the vehicle to the Koyuncu Konya service center, and since then, I have had to visit the service 3–4 times for the same issue.
The service team mentioned that the fuel valve needed to be replaced, but I was never given clear information about what was done or why the problem persisted. Despite the vehicle being under warranty, the error keeps reappearing every 100–150 kilometers, and as of now, the issue remains unresolved.
This has caused me significant time loss and frustration, especially considering this is a brand-new car. My vehicle license plate is 42ARK323. A car that fails this quickly and repeatedly is unacceptable.
Since no permanent solution has been offered and the defect continues, I am formally requesting that BYD replace my vehicle under warranty. I expect an urgent and fair resolution to this matter.
