Porsche Taycan Turbo Shows Electrical System Error Despite Low Mileage
My 2020 Porsche Taycan Turbo, with only 40,000 kilometers on it, displayed a red error message saying, “Electrical system fault, park the vehicle,” while stationary. I had driven it without issues in the morning, but when I tried to use it after work, this error appeared. It’s unacceptable for such an expensive vehicle to encounter such a serious issue while idle.
Getting the car onto a tow truck was a nightmare. The battery completely drained during the process, causing the car to shut down entirely—even the doors couldn’t be opened. Eventually, we had to use a specialized tow truck to get it to the service center. Upon arrival, I was told it would take 7–10 business days to diagnose the issue. When I requested a replacement vehicle, they said none were available.
I expect Porsche to stand behind a vehicle of this caliber and resolve this issue promptly. A high-end car like this should not become inoperable while parked. I purchased this vehicle with trust in the brand, and I demand that Porsche provides the necessary assurance and support for such a significant investment.
