My Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Has Tire Wear and Balance Issues Since Day One
I own a Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, and I’ve been dealing with serious tire and balance problems since the very first day I bought the car. From the beginning, it felt like the rear wheels were off—like the car was “eating” the tires unevenly. I later found out from another mechanic that there were balance issues, which should never happen on a brand-new vehicle.
Keep in mind, I bought this car zero-kilometer, straight from the dealership. I shouldn't have to worry about this kind of mechanical problem on a brand-new vehicle. I recently took it to an independent service, and they quoted nearly ₺10,000 to fix the problem. That’s outrageous.
I strongly believe this is a factory defect, not something caused by me. I’ve had this issue from day one, and now I’m being told to pay for repairs I should never have needed. I’m asking Chery to take full responsibility and either cover the repair costs or offer an appropriate solution. A customer who buys a brand-new car should not be expected to foot the bill for manufacturing flaws. I want this resolved immediately.
