My Tiggo 7 Pro Max Has Warped Brake Discs at 4015 KM—Chery Denied Warranty

We bought our Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max brand new from Chery Incar Kayseri just 5 months ago. During our first long-distance trip, at only 4015 km, we noticed vibrations and a loud humming noise coming from the brakes while descending a hill. We immediately booked a service appointment.
At the service center, they confirmed the brake discs were warped and said they would submit it under warranty. However, after a two-week wait, we were shocked to hear that Chery Türkiye rejected the claim, saying the vehicle was older than 3 months, and thus not covered—despite being at only 4015 km.
Previously, we had been told that discs and pads would be covered up to 5000 km, but now they’re demanding ₺20,000–₺25,000 for a defect that is clearly a factory fault. It’s incredibly frustrating to see Chery placing the burden on the customer instead of standing behind their product.
Chery, I demand that you honor your warranty, acknowledge this issue as a manufacturing defect, and fully cover the repair cost. If not, I will escalate this matter using every legal and consumer protection channel available. Customers deserve honesty, accountability, and support—not silence and denial.
