My Chery Omoda 5 Mirror Covers Faded—Service Blames Me Without Just Cause

The upper halves of the mirror covers on my Chery Omoda 5 have noticeably faded, even though I’ve only been using the car for 2 years. When I brought this to the authorized service center, they claimed it was due to “user-related” reasons. But what exactly could I have done to only affect half of the mirror covers?

I also contacted Chery Türkiye, hoping for a professional response, but I’ve received no reply at all. I’ve done nothing out of the ordinary, and the car has been cared for properly. This seems more like a material or paint quality issue than a usage problem.

I don’t want to say “Chery is a regret,” but this experience is pushing me there. I expect Chery to stand behind its quality and not shift the blame to the customer without proper investigation. I’m asking for a fair assessment and resolution, including replacement or repair of the faded parts. Please don’t ignore this issue—show that you value your customers.
