The camera system in my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro has been malfunctioning and not working for about two weeks. Even though the vehicle is still under warranty, the Chery Görkem service center in Avcılar, Istanbul refused to take responsibility for the issue.

When I brought the vehicle in, they claimed there was a crack in the front camera glass and argued that it was user error. Without even submitting the case to the headquarters, they stated that the issue would not be covered under warranty. Despite my specific request, they said a case file would not be opened with the central office and that even if it were submitted, it would be rejected as user error.

When I later contacted Chery customer service, they simply repeated what the dealership had said, stating that they had spoken with the dealer and were acting based on their assessment. As a result, no detailed technical inspection was conducted regarding the camera malfunction, and my warranty rights were not properly evaluated.

I request that the camera system failure be thoroughly inspected under warranty and that any necessary repair or part replacement be completed without charging me.
