On March 28, 2025, I took my car to Tanoto Ankara Chery service for routine maintenance. During the visit, I also reported an issue with the power window buttons—specifically, the surface was peeling. I requested a replacement, and they took photos of the damaged buttons, saying they would follow up.
It’s now been over three months, and I haven’t received a single update. I’ve called multiple times, rarely reaching anyone who could help. Each time, I was told they had emailed the manufacturer and were waiting for a reply. But if you don’t get a response in three months, it’s clear no one is replying—or the email was never sent.
In my last call, they suggested I come back in to retake photos, which makes me question whether they ever contacted Chery at all. I’m extremely disappointed with this lack of communication and accountability. I expect a prompt and professional response.
