Chery Left Me Without a Replacement Car for Almost Two Months During Repair

I've been waiting nearly two months for my car to be repaired at the Chery service center, and throughout this whole time, I've been without a proper solution. I reached out for a replacement vehicle, but I haven't received any response yet. Whenever I reach out, I get the same assurances repeatedly: "We're notifying the appropriate team about the urgency, and someone will be in touch shortly." Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of communication, and genuine assistance is not offered. I am disappointed by the lack of attention given to my situation. Being without a car for such an extended period has been incredibly frustrating, particularly since I need one urgently. I anticipated a higher level of support and communication from a brand such as Chery.
