I Waited Over 3 Months for Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Rear Camera Replacement

The rear camera (part of the 360-degree system) on my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro failed even though the car only has 12,354 km on it. I took it to the Kocaeli Kaya authorized service center on March 7, 2025, and they confirmed the part needed to be replaced. Since then, it’s been more than three months and ten days, and I still haven’t received any updates. When I called recently, all I got was, “Your part is delayed.” That’s it.
What really frustrates me is that they didn’t even bother to install a temporary camera, meaning I’ve been without this essential safety feature the entire time. It’s shocking that such a major component fails this early in the vehicle's life, and even more disappointing that the service is so unresponsive. I trusted this brand and their service network when buying the vehicle, but this experience has seriously shaken my confidence.
I now actively warn others considering this car about the lack of after-sales support and long part delays. I shouldn’t have to write complaints to be heard. Chery must take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately.
