Chery Omoda 5 Multimedia System and CarPlay Not Working Despite Service Visits


On June 12, 2024, I took my Chery Omoda 5 Luxury model to Chery Park because the wireless charging station wasn't working, the seat heating feature wasn't functioning, and Apple CarPlay was constantly freezing. Due to these inefficiencies, I brought my car to the Chery Park service center. The service advisor at Chery Park responded to the wireless charging station issue by saying, 'Brother, that's just how it is, don't use that feature.' When I mentioned the seat heating wasn't working, he said, 'Why do you need seat heating in this weather, brother?' Regarding Apple CarPlay's slow performance and freezing, he replied, 'Brother, that's just how it is,' and didn't want to address these issues. After persistent requests, he reluctantly agreed to 'take a look.' I handed over the car at 10:00 AM and received it back at 5:00 PM with nothing done. I was met with amateurish, unprofessional responses and a rude attitude.
While selling the car, you mentioned it had wireless charging and seat heating features, but these features are definitely not working. Apple CarPlay lags to the point of being unusable.
Please resolve the issues with my car's Apple CarPlay, wireless charging station, and seat heating.
