I purchased a 2024 Chery Omoda 5 in March, and for the past eight months, I have been stuck dealing with endless repairs at service centers. My car has had over 10 parts replaced (the exact number can be found in service records).
The issues have been so severe that my car's entire interior wiring and components had to be removed and reinstalled—including the roof lining, rear seats, door panels, and pillar trims. Service records show dozens of work orders, yet my car is still not fully repaired.
To make matters worse, I’ve had to travel multiple times from Yalova to service centers in Bursa and Kocaeli, causing me major inconvenience. Despite repeated attempts to contact Chery customer service, I only receive generic, dismissive responses. Even Chery’s headquarters at 0216 602 11 00 won’t answer calls, no matter how many times I try.
