Chery Omoda 5 Multimedia System and CarPlay Not Working Despite Service Visits

I purchased my Chery Omoda 5 about 15 months ago, and since day one I have been experiencing continuous issues with the multimedia system. In particular, the Bluetooth connection and Apple CarPlay functions rarely work properly. Recently, CarPlay has completely stopped connecting, and Bluetooth no longer works at all.
I have taken my car to the authorized Atmo service center three times so far and reported this issue each time. I was told that software updates were performed, but my problems have never been permanently resolved. During the most recent 20,000 km maintenance, I reported the same issue again, yet now the multimedia system is completely unusable.
My car is still under warranty. I request that these ongoing problems be permanently resolved as soon as possible.
