I purchased a ChatLulu subscription today via in‑app purchase on the iPhone iOS app for $6.99. Immediately after the payment, the app stopped working properly and will not load anything, so I have not been able to use the service I paid for at all. My purchase reference is MK5YBBY***. I tried to contact ChatLulu support regarding this problem, but the app will not connect to support, so I have not been able to reach anyone for help or a solution. Since the service has not worked at all after my payment and I cannot access support, I request a full refund of the $6.99 I paid for this in‑app purchase.
