I Cannot Restore Claude AI Subscription After Payment

On December 3, 2025, I purchased a subscription to the Claude AI app through the App Store for approximately $25. The payment was successfully charged to my account, but the subscription never started. The app shows an “upgrade error,” and when I try to restore the subscription, nothing happens. Additionally, when I attempt to make a new purchase, the system does not allow it.
I contacted Apple Support regarding this issue, but I was dismissed with a response implying that I had already accepted the terms at the time of purchase. My problem was not resolved. As a result, I lost both my money and valuable time, and I have been left in a frustrating situation.
Due to this experience, I no longer want to use the Claude AI subscription service. I request a full refund for the subscription that was charged but never activated.
