Paid for OkCupid but Unable to Access App Due to Verification Error

I recently paid for OkCupid, but I haven’t been able to log into the app at all. Despite making the payment, the app continuously shows a verification error and won’t allow me to access my account. I haven’t even fully used the app, yet this issue persists every time I try to log in.

This is extremely frustrating, as I expected smooth functionality after making a payment. I demand an immediate resolution to this problem. Either fix the login issue and ensure my access to the app, or process a full refund without delay.

OkCupid must address this issue promptly. A paid service should not cause such inconvenience. I need urgent assistance to resolve this matter.
