Mavi Trousers Tore and Wore Out After Only Two Months

I purchased a pair of trousers with the code m0042482944051 from the Mavi store in Mardin Kızıltepe Movapark and was able to use them for only about two months. Despite this short period, the fabric of the trousers developed serious tearing and abrasion, which I do not find acceptable for a product of this brand. When I reported the situation to Mavi customer service, I was asked to send the trousers and was told that they would do their best. However, I received a direct rejection without the product being truly examined and without even being given any record or inspection number. During this process, I was not satisfied with the attitude of either the store staff or Mavi customer service, and I feel that the promises made were not kept, which made me feel misled. This experience has completely shaken my trust in the Mavi brand and its product quality. I do not accept that a product that has worn out so quickly is evaluated as user error, nor that a negative response is given without proper inspection. Because no exchange or solution was offered despite such short-term and severe wear, I have been significantly aggrieved and no longer wish to shop from Mavi. I request that my trousers be re-evaluated in a fair and detailed manner, that an appropriate solution such as exchange or refund be offered, and that I be informed in writing about the result of this process.
