MEXC Futures Opening Function Restricted After Risk Protocol Alert

I have a serious problem with my MEXC account related to futures trading. Two days ago I discovered that my futures opening function has been restricted and my futures trading feature has been permanently disabled. The message on the screen states “Futures Opening Function Restriction” and says that my account triggered the risk protocol and the futures opening feature was permanently disabled. I did not receive any clear explanation from MEXC about what exactly I did wrong, which rule I allegedly violated, or why this permanent restriction was applied. I contacted MEXC customer support regarding this situation but I have not received any response so far. I request that all my futures trading functions and positions be re‑enabled, or at least that I receive a detailed and transparent explanation of the exact reason and evidence for this permanent restriction and how it can be removed. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
