Refund Of My Cash And Cancellation Of My Subscription At CV Wizard

I registered on the CV Wizard website to get a CV created and, at that time, I entered my card details. I did not complete the process or knowingly purchase any paid package, because I could not afford to pay the fee and therefore did not confirm any payment. After several weeks without using the service, today an amount of Rs. 6,835 was debited from my bank account by CV Wizard. I did not receive any clear message, warning or reminder stating that I would be charged this amount or that a paid subscription would start. I believe this debit is unauthorized and unfair, as I never intentionally confirmed such a payment. This is my hard-earned money, and this unexpected charge has caused me serious financial discomfort. I kindly request that CV Wizard immediately cancel any subscription or recurring payment linked to my account and refund the full amount of Rs. 6,835 that was debited today. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and the unauthorized payment returned to my account.
