I Paid for Postegro App But It Doesn’t Work and I Can’t Get a Refund or Support
I recently purchased the Postegro app expecting to use its advertised features, but the app doesn’t function at all. It fails to load properly and offers no access to the services I paid for. Immediately after realizing the issue, I emailed their support team to request a refund. However, I’ve received absolutely no response despite several follow-ups.
It’s unacceptable that I paid for an app that is completely unusable, and worse, I’m being ignored when trying to resolve the issue. I feel scammed—there is no customer service, no technical explanation, and no refund process in place.
I am demanding a full refund of my payment without delay. I also expect a proper response from Postegro’s team. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to report the app and pursue action through consumer protection channels.
