Cex.io App Verification Failures

I've had an extremely frustrating experience with the Cex.io app. No matter how many times I try, I can't complete the identity verification process. I do everything correctly, follow all the instructions, and take clear photos of my ID card, but every single time it says 'verification failed.' I'm certain I'm doing everything right, yet it just won't work. Their system is flawed, and there's no proper assistance to resolve the issue. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone until they fix these problems.
