Cex.io Verification Failed, Unable to Complete Registration

I tried to sign up for the Cex.io app and filled in all my details, but at the final verification step, I received an error message saying, "You haven't passed the verification process" and "Unfortunately, we can't provide you our services." I attempted to resolve the issue by retrying the process, but I keep being redirected to an error page, and no further action can be taken. This has been frustrating, and I can't figure out how to fix this verification error. I've double-checked my details, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and how did you resolve it? Any advice on how to proceed and successfully complete the verification would be greatly appreciated.
