72Hello, I’m having trouble completing the identity verification process on the CEX.IO app. I’ve followed all the steps correctly, and I’m sure I’m doing everything right, including taking a proper photo of my ID card. However, every time I try, it says "verification failed." I'm confident that I'm submitting everything correctly, but it just won’t go through. Can you please help me resolve this issue?
