CEX.IO Verification Failing Despite Correct Submission

Hello, I’m having trouble completing the identity verification process on the CEX.IO app. I’ve followed all the steps correctly, and I’m sure I’m doing everything right, including taking a proper photo of my ID card. However, every time I try, it says "verification failed." I'm confident that I'm submitting everything correctly, but it just won’t go through. Can you please help me resolve this issue?
