Bitexen App Not Verifying My Identity Despite Multiple Attempts

I’ve completed the identity verification process on the Bitexen app, but it still shows as if I haven’t done it. This is incredibly frustrating, as registering for an app shouldn’t be this difficult. I’ve waited several days, hoping the issue would resolve itself, but nothing has changed. I’ve even tried using both the app and the website, but my verification still isn’t being processed. I’ve heard from others that they’re either facing delays or, like me, not getting verified at all. This needs to be fixed immediately. Bitexen needs to streamline the verification process so users can register without all these issues. Please resolve this as soon as possible!
