Unauthorized Charges and Inability to Cancel Cerebrum IQ Subscription

I have been repeatedly charged $14.99 by Cerebrum IQ (CEREBRUMIQ.COM/US +14153) despite never knowingly subscribing to their service. I attempted to cancel by changing my virtual credit card, but the charges have continued, which suggests they are using a merchant token or similar method to bypass card changes. I have not been able to find any effective way to cancel the subscription. Their chatbot and email support have been unhelpful and have failed to resolve the issue. I am requesting the immediate cancellation of any active subscription and a full refund of all unauthorized charges. This situation has been incredibly misleading and difficult to deal with. I urge others to be cautious and request that Xolvie escalate this matter to protect consumers. My requested resolution is: immediate cancellation of any subscription, a full refund of all charges, and written confirmation that no further charges will occur.
