I Face Cerebrum IQ Forced Subscription: Weekly €19.99 Charges Without Refund

I am deeply frustrated with Cerebrum IQ for misleading me into what appeared to be a one-time online test. Instead, they enrolled me in an automatic subscription that charges €19.99 to my card every seven days. Even worse, they openly refuse to refund any of the previous unauthorized charges. This feels both deceptive and unfair, as I never knowingly consented to ongoing payments. Their lack of transparency has forced me to waste time and energy trying to cancel a membership I never intended to sign up for. I urge Cerebrum IQ to immediately terminate my subscription, return any unjust fees, and stop using such underhanded methods. If they fail to take action, I will escalate my complaint to every relevant authority.
