Cerebrum IQ misled me about their charges! When signing up, they claimed they would only take €0.99, but instead, they charged my credit card €20 per week for four weeks—totaling €80! This is completely deceptive and unacceptable.

I repeatedly contacted them to cancel my membership, but they ignored my requests. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel my credit card to stop the unauthorized charges. This kind of shady billing practice is unacceptable, and I demand a refund for the money they took without my consent. Cerebrum IQ, stop misleading users and process cancellations properly! If you’re considering signing up, don’t—this company is not transparent with its fees!
