CCAvenue Settlement Missing - Payment Received But Not Deposited
I got a payment from a client through my website, and the payment status said it had been received successfully. But when the settlement date came, the money was not deposited into my account. I attempted many times to get in touch with CCAvenue support, and each time they urged me to send them a copy of the invoice and confirmation that the goods had been delivered. I sent the invoice and delivery screenshots as you asked, but after that, I didn't hear anything back. My money is still not paid, and I haven't been provided an explanation even after several follow-ups.
