Google Pay Refund Delay and Bad Customer Service

Greetings everyone, I will never use another feature by Google again. They introduced a system called Google Pay. I made my purchase, but later, Google Pay started giving errors in my subsequent transactions because it's an inadequate app. Anyway, I had to cancel one of these orders and naturally started waiting for the refund, but the wait never ended. It's been 5 business days. A week has passed, and I still haven't received my money. You want to contact the relevant people, but there's no customer service. No information, no one to talk to. If I had made the payment with a normal card or in another way, I would have received the refund by now, but this Google is utterly useless.
