CCAvenue support is not replying about my refund delay, how can I escalate this issue?

If CCAvenue support is not replying about your refund delay;

• Contact CCAvenue support again using all available channels (email, support form, phone) and state that your refund request has received no response
• Provide your transaction ID, order ID, refund request date, amount, merchant name, and screenshots or bank statement

Ask them to;

• Escalate your case to the refunds or settlement team
• Confirm the current refund status and whether it is pending with CCAvenue, the bank, or the merchant
• Process the refund immediately if the transaction failed or was reversed

If the problem persists;

• Keep all emails, reference numbers, and payment proofs
• Contact your bank or card issuer to raise a chargeback for delayed or missing refund
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek accountability and recovery of your funds
