Google Pay Refund Request For Mystery Charges

I was charged ₺207.63 by Google Pay on two separate occasions, both times under the name 'Lokka'. The first charge was made on March 28th, and the second charge was made on April 4th. Despite the fact that I reported this to Google as being suspicious, they responded by stating that they were unable to confirm that it was a fraudulent transaction. Not only have I not received any kind of bill, but I also have no idea what the payment was supposed to cover.
