Casinom Increased Withdrawal Limit Without Notice—No Support or Solution

I deposited money into Casinom, but now they claim that my balance is below the minimum withdrawal limit. When I initially deposited, there was no such restriction visible, and the minimum limit was ₺250. Now, suddenly, they have raised it to ₺2000 without any prior notice!

When I contacted customer support for an explanation, I received only automated responses with no real solution. No one is addressing the issue properly, and they keep ignoring my requests. If this was due to an update, why was I not informed beforehand?

Casinom, this is completely unfair! I demand an immediate resolution and access to my funds. If this issue is not fixed, I will take further action and warn others to stay away from this platform!
