Casinom Blocks My ₺12K Withdrawal and Ignores Support Requests

I am deeply frustrated with Casinom for refusing to allow me to withdraw my ₺12,000 balance. After achieving a max win for the first time in my life, I was excited to cash out, but that excitement was short-lived. When I tried to withdraw at night, I was told withdrawals couldn’t be processed. The next morning, I attempted again, but the system kept redirecting me to the login page and then rejected my credentials entirely.
Customer support is unresponsive, and attempts to reset my password have failed. This feels like a deliberate attempt to block access to my funds. I demand Casinom resolve this issue immediately and release my winnings. Ignoring customers like this is unacceptable.
