Casinom Took My ₺1000 Deposit and Ignored Support Requests

I deposited ₺1000 via bank transfer on Casinom through Y**** T**, but the money never appeared in my account even though it was deducted from my bank. To make matters worse, the live support feature is not working, leaving me with no way to resolve this issue.
This is not the first time I’ve faced problems with Casinom, and I am incredibly frustrated. I’ve been patient, but it’s clear the platform doesn’t value its users or their money.
I demand an immediate refund of my ₺1000 and a proper explanation for why this keeps happening. If my issue isn’t resolved, I will escalate my complaint further and warn others about this unreliable site. Enough is enough.
