My Deposit to Casinoma Was Not Credited, and Refund Denied

I deposited ₺500 into my Casinoma account, as they stated the minimum deposit limit was ₺500. However, the money never appeared in my account. When I contacted their live support, they told me I needed to deposit an additional ₺4500 for it to process. I requested a refund since I no longer trust their platform, but they outright refused, claiming they don’t provide refunds. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam. I am deeply disappointed and feel misled by Casinoma. They must either credit the ₺500 to my account or return my money immediately. I urge others to be cautious and request Casinoma to resolve this issue without further delay.
