Schar Curvies Paprika Chips Inner Seal Open And Product Stale Complaint
On 26.11.2025, I purchased Schär Curvies Paprika chips from Carrefour, and the inner packaging of the product was open straight from production. Even though the outer lid was completely sealed, the inner protective packaging was open, causing the product to go stale, lose its freshness, and contain noticeably fewer chips than expected. Since my daughter has celiac disease, I specifically trusted the Schär brand and chose this product for its safety. However, this situation has left us genuinely let down. The production information on the package states “Production 15/01/25.” I believe this is clearly a manufacturing defect. I request that my grievance be resolved, that I receive an explanation regarding product safety, and that packaging and quality controls—especially for products intended for individuals with celiac disease—be carried out more strictly. I will attach a photo of the product to my complaint.
