On December 23, 2024, I purchased a package of Ruffles Cheese and Onion Flavored Potato Chips from a market and encountered completely burnt and pitch-black chips, which clearly indicate a production defect. This issue poses a serious health risk and has damaged my trust in the product's quality. I am attaching the image below. Upon noticing the problem, I immediately contacted Ruffles' official Instagram account to express my complaint. However, no satisfactory solution was provided, and the response process was highly inadequate. I did not expect such an experience from a brand like Ruffles. Such quality control failures cause significant problems for both consumer health and customer satisfaction. The fact that the burnt product pieces were not detected during the quality control process highlights a critical deficiency in the production stage. Therefore, I demand that my grievance be promptly addressed and that necessary quality control measures be enhanced to prevent similar incidents in the future. My requests: Compensation for the grievance I experienced (product replacement or another proposed solution), a review of production processes from a quality control perspective, and improvement of customer relations processes to ensure faster and more solution-oriented responses to complaints.
