Carrefour Sent Me Expired Calve Mayonnaise Without Checking Expiration Date

I made a purchase from the Carrefour SA online store on 24.02.2025. Among the delivered products, the Calve brand mayonnaise was an expired item that the store had in stock. Despite making my purchase on 24.02.2025, the mayonnaise I received had an expiration date of 18.02.2025. This means that the product was already expired when it was shipped, which is a serious oversight. Consuming expired food can lead to food poisoning and other health issues, and I find it unacceptable that Carrefour SA does not check expiration dates before shipping products. When I contacted customer service, they did not offer a proper explanation or apology, which further adds to my disappointment. People's health should not be treated so carelessly. It is unacceptable for a store that claims to be a reputable brand to make such a mistake.
