On November 23, 2025, at around 22:45, after preparing a Dr. Oetker pudding and pouring it into bowls, I noticed a black object inside the product. I only saw this foreign substance after cooking the pudding and transferring it to the bowls, and it made me seriously concerned about food safety. I bought two of the same product, and I have not used the other package yet. I am keeping the packaging of the pudding that contained the black object, along with its expiration date and, if available, batch number. I am also preserving the foreign object that came out of the bowls. So far, I have not contacted either the store or Dr. Oetker customer service. I request a written or verbal explanation regarding how this product could end up in such a condition, and I expect an apology for this hygiene issue. I ask that the product be examined and that I receive feedback after the necessary checks are carried out to ensure similar incidents do not happen again.

"The brand shared sample products and sent a gift package, for which I thank them. I believe the Keşkül product is produced by Acıbadem; if they add this information to the packaging, it would create a more transparent purchasing process for consumers."
