Algida Ice Cream Arrived Half Empty with Packaging Damage

On June 29, 2025, I purchased an Algida Keyif ice cream and placed it in my freezer the same day. That evening, when I tried to open the product, I encountered a serious issue: the opening tab of the packaging was already broken, indicating it had either been opened before or was sealed incorrectly during production. More than half of the ice cream was missing, which clearly suggests a manufacturing defect or damage during transport. The surface was heavily frosted, showing signs that it had melted and been refrozen—clear evidence that the cold chain was broken, posing a significant food safety risk. It’s deeply disappointing to see such a basic quality control failure in a product from a global brand like Algida, especially one consumed by people of all ages, including children. Three serious issues—packaging failure, missing product, and cold chain breach—were all present in a single item. This kind of negligence has damaged my trust in the brand, and I won’t be purchasing this product again. I respectfully request that appropriate action be taken to address my complaint, compensate for the issue, and prevent similar problems from happening to other consumers.
