Carrefour Sent Me Spoiled Ground Beef That Smelled Awful

I ordered 1 kilogram of ground beef from Carrefour, but the meat had a strange color as if it had come into contact with metal, and when I smelled it closely, it had a foul odor. Because of this, I contacted Yemek Sepeti’s support line online three times, but since they are an intermediary, they didn’t offer any solution. They only offered a ₺100 coupon to brush the issue aside, which I declined. I also asked what steps I should take, but didn’t receive a clear answer. Later, I called Carrefour’s support center to file a complaint and will also share photos of the product. I had a similar issue before when I ordered fish online—they sent spoiled fish. At the time, support said the product was transported with a cold chain, but that something may have gone wrong before delivery. I had told them then that there was likely a problem with their cold chain system, as such products shouldn’t spoil under normal conditions. I stopped shopping after that and rejected their coupons. Now I’m facing the same issue again and I’m sharing the visuals. I hope it gets resolved this time, but how can they send out such risky products—don’t the employees notice the smell of spoiled meat? We are storing the product, but if they don’t come to collect it within a certain time, we will throw it away. Thank you.
