Yemek Sepeti Ignored My Note Twice and Delivered Sloppy Uncleaned Chicken

On November 2, I ordered 3 kg of chicken through Yemek Sepeti and included a note with specific instructions. However, the chickens were delivered in a sloppy, uncleaned manner, completely disregarding my note. I contacted customer support after a lengthy process and eventually received a refund. Today, I placed another order from a different butcher on Yemek Sepeti, again adding a note with instructions. Unfortunately, the products arrived once more without any attention to my note. Despite many previous orders without issues, this has now happened twice, including today's incident. When I contacted support, they claimed I had written the note in the courier note section instead of the product note section and refused to assist further. I explained that I had written the note in the same place as always, and on a previous occasion, they had refunded me. Today, they insisted the note should be placed in a section called "product note," but such a field does not exist in the app. I provided screenshots proving this, yet the support representative suggested reinstalling the app to see the note section, which I found dismissive. Instead of addressing the clear issue with the app, the representative ended the conversation rudely, ignoring the problem and leaving me, the customer, feeling disrespected and unresolved. I urge Yemek Sepeti to investigate and resolve this complaint and to ensure their employees uphold professional standards as representatives of a corporate company.
