Kuveyt Turk Lawyer's Office Is Not Answering My Calls

I am writing to share a problem I experienced with Kuveyt Türk regarding the follow-up of my file handled by a lawyer. Last Tuesday I needed to reach the lawyer that Kuveyt Türk had assigned, either to pay my debt or to get information about the file. However, the bank provides its service in such a way that it is not possible for me to contact the lawyer directly. Because of this, I cannot obtain information about my file or take the necessary steps to make a payment and complete the process. I request that Kuveyt Türk contact me, ensure that I can reach the relevant lawyer or authorized person, and take the necessary steps to finalize the process regarding my file as soon as possible. I would like this issue to be resolved quickly so that I can fulfill my obligations without further victimization.
