I bought Ultra Prima Baby diapers from Carrefour, but the shipping company canceled my order because they said they couldn't deliver it. So, my order never arrived. I've been waiting for three days, but my refund still hasn't been processed. They might have canceled my order because baby diaper prices might go up. This has been happening a lot lately. I plan on filing a complaint with the Ministry of Trade about this problem.
