Pazarama Canceled My Uni Baby Wet Wipes Order Without Informing Me

On April 1st, I purchased Uni Baby wet wipes from the company Pazarama via the e-bebek platform. Assuming the delay was due to the holiday period, I didn’t file a complaint during that time. On April 11th, I called the company to ask why my order still hadn’t been shipped. They told me to contact e-bebek. When I asked, “Aren’t you the marketplace? Why isn’t the process under your control?” they said there was a bilateral agreement and added things like, “Maybe your item was shipped, but I can’t see it.” When I called e-bebek, I was told my order was initially canceled. I called Pazarama again, and they said it didn’t show as canceled on their end and took my complaint. I clearly stated I didn’t want a refund—I’d been waiting for 10 days. Then on the 15th, the company claimed they received my refund request. Why are you falsely listing products just to get clicks for e-bebek and then not standing behind them? If you weren’t going to fulfill the order, shouldn’t you have informed me right away? Why am I waiting 15 days? As a marketplace, I’m very dissatisfied with how you’re managing the process.

I do not want a gift voucher, you have issued a refund, and you have deposited it less than the withdrawn amount. I want you to properly follow up and give me my product.
