Getir Canceled My Pouf Order After a Month and Product Price Increased
I placed a ₺700 pouf order from Getir one month ago. My order was cancelled one whole month after waiting. The product's price rose to ₺1700 throughout this period; today I am left without either the good nor a substitute. This situation has made me feel unjustly and greatly unhappy. I'm thinking about complaining against a firm via the Consumer Arbitration Board for the first time in my life. I never would have imagined from a platform like Getir such inadequate service. At least I expected prompt and unambiguous information if the product could not be supplied. Their actions are inappropriate; I am not going to utilise Getir any more. My confidence in the company has been utterly undermined by this.
