Digitsu Retro Mini-Fridge Undelivered Since July
I purchased a Digitsu retro mini fridge from Carrefour’s online store in Turkey three and a half months ago. It was delivered on July 5, but a shipping report was filed, and the item was returned (Order number: 4317112411). Since then, the product has not been delivered, and no solution has been offered. The price of the product has even increased. Digitsu customer service is completely unreachable, but I hold Carrefour responsible since I bought it from them. Carrefour does not stand behind its products. I purchased this fridge for summer use, yet it is now winter, and I still haven’t received it. I no longer want a return because the price has gone up, and I will take legal action. Be cautious when buying Carrefour products online — they blame the brands they sell for undelivered items. Shopping online from Carrefour has been a complete disappointment.
Product is Dijitsu DB120RRE Retro Red Refrigerator.
It's like a joke, but I still haven't received my product. Every Friday or Monday I get a call saying the product will be sent to me this week. Hopefully, we'll be able to use the refrigerator next summer (We had planned to use the fridge for the summer, as a beverage fridge).
